Tregaskiss MIG Guns and Parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship as stated below. If within that period, any Tregaskiss MIG Gun, or Part thereof is found to be defective under normal and recommended use, Tregaskiss will at their option, repair, replace or issue credit for the value of the defective unit. All claims against this warranty must be submitted through a factory-authorized distributor.
Use of non-Tregaskiss Parts and/or Consumables with these guns may damage or severely limit performance of the Tregaskiss MIG Gun and may limit or void any warranties.
Tregaskiss will not assume responsibility for incidental damages or expenses by any defect whatsoever.
If product is being returned for Warranty Repair or Replacement (under the above guidelines), a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be attained and referenced on the return shipment. Freight is to be prepaid by the sender, and accompany a proof of purchase. No charge replacements or repaired products will be sent out once returned product has been evaluated and warranty has been determined. If a replacement needs to be sent immediately, a purchase order number is required and the goods will be billed until warranty is determined.
The Low-Stress Robotic Unicable (LSR) (“Product”) is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two years after the sale by an authorized Tregaskiss distributor.
Tregaskiss makes no other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Tregaskiss shall not be liable under any circumstances to Buyer, or to any person who shall purchase from Buyer, for damages of any kind arising out of the use or maintenance of the Product, including, but not limited to any, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or damage for loss of production or loss of profits resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to, any act, error or omission of Tregaskiss.
Genuine Tregaskiss Parts must be used for safety and performance reasons and use of anything other than genuine Tregaskiss Parts will void this Warranty.
This Warranty shall be void if accident, abuse, or misuse damages the Product, or if a Product is modified in any way except by authorized Tregaskiss personnel.
If a Product is being returned for Warranty Repair or Replacement, a Return Authorization Number must be attained from Tregaskiss Customer Service and referenced on the return shipment. Freight shall be prepaid by the person returning the Product, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Replacement Products or repaired Products will be delivered at no charge to the Customer after Tregaskiss determines that the Warranty claim is valid.
