    TOUGH ACCESS™ Consumables

    Worried about fitting in? Sometimes smaller IS better!

    Tregaskiss introduces TOUGH ACCESS Consumables. This sleek new line of consumables (including retaining heads and nozzles) allows entry into those hard-to-reach places that would otherwise be inaccessible due to fixture design or weldment.

    Available in straight bore (5/8") and bottleneck (1/2") style nozzles, these unique consumables are compatible with our patented TOUGH LOCK™ Contact Tips and our existing aluminum armored goosenecks.

    Nozzle System

    • Available for both robotic and semi-automatic applications
    • Sleek profile nozzles with 0.850" (21.59 mm) outside diameter, available in straight-bore and bottle-neck* style nozzles
    • Compatible with existing TOUGH GUN Goosenecks and TOUGH LOCK Contact Tips
    • NEW gooseneck insulator and TOUGH LOCK Retaining Head
    • TOUGH GUN Reamer compatible

    *Standard Duty consumables recommended for bottleneck style nozzles.
